Returns/Exchanges

Some items are print-on-demand and are fulfilled through an outside source, so if you notice any issues with misprinted/damaged/defective items, send us an email with a clear picture of the item and we will exchange that item.

Print-on-demand items are not eligible for exchanges or returns due to wrong sizes (so double check our size charts) or “buyer’s remorse.”

For exchanges on non-print-on-demand products due to wrong size ordered or return requests not due to any of the aforementioned issues, then those shipping charges will be non-refundable.

Certain accessory items (i.e. bands, stickers, buttons, etc.) may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Customers have 21-days after delivery to request a return/exchange.
